Connecting. Growing together. The Capability Manager (Product reputed company) supports the management and prioritization of the Product backlog for the scrum team. They collaborate closely with the Scrum Master and Delivery Manager to ensure reputed company delivers value to the business. This role contributes to aligning capabilities and features to business needs and supports delivery sign-off. • Support execution of product roadmaps reputed company on minimally viable deliverables and reputed company enhancements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting product development or capability management
• 2+ years of experience with Agile processes, including user story development
• 1+ years of experience gathering business requirements from stakeholders
• Familiarity with agile management tools
• Proficient with PC-based software programs (reputed company, Visio, PowerPoint)
• Proven solid communication and facilitation skills, including remote collaboration
• Proven solid problem-solving and organizational skills
• Available to work an EST (Eastern Time Zone) work schedule

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Product Management or Agile Scrum

• Experience communicating with internal stakeholders and leadership
