We're seeking an reputed company Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients' customers through inbound calls, online chat inquiries, and other communication channels. Key Responsibilities
* Verify customer eligibility and answer general questions
- Reset passwords, upload documents, and assist with creating accounts
- Engage with customers over the phone and reputed company to online chat inquiries

- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Experience with customer service software and systems (training provided)
- Strong knowledge of industry-specific products or services
