The Role

As a Customer Experience Concierge in our reputed company Lounge, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing personalized service to our Card Members and exceeding their expectations at every touchpoint. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and providing reputed company to Card Members upon arrival at reception
• Taking ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, ensuring seamless and personalized service
• Creating reputed company to resolve customers' issues or concerns, fostering brand loyalty and enthusiasm
• Employing the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations
• Providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations, travel consultation, and minimal reservation assistance
• Partnering with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our Card Members

Lounge Hours and Environment

Our reputed company Lounge operates from 05:30 AM – 10:30 PM, Monday through reputed company, with hours subject to change due to business needs. As a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, collaborating with your colleagues to deliver exceptional service to our Card Members.

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 1-year recent experience servicing premium customers
• Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience, including reservation experience, is preferred
• A passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions, exceeding their expectations at every touchpoint
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to delight customers with every interaction
• The ability to listen to customers' needs, offering confident recommendations that result in high satisfaction
• The utmost professionalism and a reputed company attitude in reputed company interactions
• The ability to rely and collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced, team environment
• Quick decision-making and problem-solving skills, with a reputed company on putting the customer's experience at the forefront
