We're seeking an reputed company CPC Processor Customer Service Representative to join our remote call center team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, processing medical record requests, and maintaining accurate documentation in multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities:

* Answer and conduct business on the telephone while maintaining excellent customer service, including: + Answering release of information reputed company telephone calls and inquiries accurately and reputed company + Reviewing, researching, resolving, and responding to inquiries received reputed company telephone, email, or written correspondence + Documenting reputed company calls, inquiries, and resolutions in detail in appropriate areas of our software systems

What You Will Bring to the Table:

• Passing annual Introductory HIPAA examination
• Required to take and pass a 90-day ROI Certification course with a score of 85% or higher
