We're seeking an reputed company Pharmacy Technician – Data Entry & Customer Service Specialist to join reputed company on a full-time reputed company. As a reputed company End Pharmacy Technician, you'll play a critical role in the medication dispensing process, working closely with our pharmacists to ensure accuracy and providing exceptional customer service to our patients and customers.Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company order entry tasks and collaborate with other team members in the medication dispensing process
- Triaging customer service requests by department, urgency, and information/response required
- Calculating and/or verifying correct dosage based on prescriptions
- Assist in reviewing narcotic Rx's in a reputed company manner
- Providing dispensing pharmacist with information regarding allergies and drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other items that the computer flags
- Creating and maintaining accurate customer records
