Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Supervisor at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring exceptional customer service is being delivered, responding to and resolving customer inquiries, and soliciting customer feedback and input.
- Participating with the store management team to improve store performance in areas of sales, controllable expenses, merchandising, marketing, associate retention, and associate training.
- Providing direction, motivation, and coaching for Associates during the shift.
- Ensuring the 24/7 execution of reputed company customer service programs and processes.
- Ensuring execution of established safety, reputed company, reputed company, and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
- Completing cash and lottery processes.
- Maintaining accurate article-level inventory to maximize sales; performing cycle counts and orders.
