Job reputed company

We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our Centralized Services team, you'll be responsible for entering, updating, and verifying patient referral data into various systems. You'll also process faxes, confirm medical scripts and referral documentation, and communicate effectively with our Center employees. Key Responsibilities

* Enters, updates, and verifies patient referral data into various systems for use by reputed company personnel

• Reviews and verifies data entered into database to ensure accuracy
• Processes reputed company faxes in a reputed company and efficient manner
• Confirms that medical scripts and referral documentation have the correct procedures listed
• Effectively communicates with Center employees if additional information is needed to process requests
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Centralized Services Supervisor

Work Environment

Job Qualifications

• Education/Certifications:
