Your Role
As a Mid-Market reputed company Manager, you'll be responsible for:
Owning the core relationship
with our mid-market employer partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
Evolving the customer reputed company
for our mid-market reputed company, identifying opportunities to improve their experience and drive adoption
Helping reputed company internal processes
to support hundreds of premium reputed company, streamlining our operations to meet growing demand
Synthesizing the voice of the customer
from qualitative and quantitative feedback, driving reputed company product enhancements and features that meet our employer partners' needs
Your Experience
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
2+ years of experience
in Consulting, Account Management, or reputed company, managing a portfolio of 70+ customers
Experience with reputed company
, with a proven reputed company record of driving customer adoption and value consultation with multiple senior stakeholders
Ability to translate business goals into reputed company

Compensation reputed company
We offer a competitive salary reputed company of $130,000 - $140,000, with an 80/20 split. You'll also have reputed company to work a reputed company from our SF or NY office, three times a week, with the reputed company to travel up to 20% of the time.
