As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inquiries and concerns from customers and other stakeholders in a reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company manner. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to telephone and written inquiries from clients, families, providers, APD staff, and other stakeholders in a reputed company and accurate manner using reputed company protocols and guidelines.

Essential Qualifications

* Four years of providing customer service to diverse populations.

• Two years of experience in the field of developmental disabilities, special education, reputed company work, rehabilitation counseling, or case management, or a bachelor's degree in one of those fields or a reputed company field can be used to substitute for the required experience.
• Knowledge of disability etiquette, rights, and laws.
