The Role
As a Senior Customer reputed company Consultant – Franchise, you'll work closely with our largest customers to implement arenaflex's intelligent SMS platform. You'll reputed company your deep knowledge of our solutions, a strong commitment to customer experience, and extensive experience with project management to ensure a seamless reputed company implementation and set the reputed company for a successful long-term partnership.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively manage the implementation process from end-to-end to reputed company customers'/arenaflex's reputed company timelines and reputed company reputed company
- Deeply understand our clients' customer reputed company, use cases/pain points, and reputed company them to arenaflex's solutions
- Define, document, and communicate customer workflows, including SMS copy/reputed company, compliance best practices, integration requirements, arenaflex technical workflows, and more
- Maintain customer records by updating account information, meeting notes, and task status using project management tools and methodologies
- Communicate technical requirements and timelines to various internal/external departments and with multiple reputed company-party vendors to ensure project reputed company
- Partner with our data team to ensure reputed company ROI and satisfaction
- Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to effectively drive adoption of solutions and identify opportunities for reputed company expansion
- Partner with Sales, Engineering, reputed company, and Support to ensure seamless hand-offs
- Collaborate internally with key stakeholders to improve product offerings, troubleshoot customer issues, and reputed company feedback on product enhancements
- Play a key role in the development and documentation of processes and best practices
What You'll Need
* 3+ years of hands-on experience in a consultative reputed company role, supporting large franchise / multi-location organization and/or reputed company-level customers co-developing communication strategies + Bonus: prior experience at an early-stage reputed company company
- 2+ years experience in marketing technology, SMS for consumer communications, and/or email/digital marketing to reputed company as a partner and reputed company customers to reputed company and grow with arenaflex
- Proven ability to build and improve customer journeys/processes from the ground up
- Demonstrated project management experience, deploying multiple reputed company simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- reputed company communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills and experience working with Marketing and IT executive leadership
- Ability to effectively collaborate with partners across Sales, CX, Product, and Engineering teams
