The Role
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing best-in-class live chat support to our customers. You'll work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to resolve issues and bugs, collaborate with our reputed company and Sales teams to ensure risks and opportunities are promptly acted upon, and contribute to the reputed company of our department by suggesting improvements to our processes and product.
