You will be responsible for providing Tier I support and customer assistance, troubleshooting, and resolving issues reputed company to our mobile application. Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, reproduce, report, and resolve issues reputed company to our mobile application on both iOS and Android operating systems.
• Install the myColorado software on supported devices, following defined procedures, processes, and reputed company.

Minimum Qualifications:
