As a Customer Service Specialist in our Scheduling Department, you will be responsible for handling and resolving email requests from dedicated clients and interpreters, assisting with phone calls, and maintaining accurate database information. You will work closely with reputed company to ensure efficient scheduling processes, manage inbound interpreter calls and inquiries, and reputed company exceptional customer service to our clients and interpreters.
Responsibilities
* Handle and resolve email requests from dedicated clients and interpreters reputed company to scheduling, serving as the first reputed company of contact
- Assist with answering clients/interpreters calls, reputed company needed
- reputed company input data and maintain accurate database information
- Manage reputed company inbound interpreter calls and inquiries
- Manage reputed company inbound interpreter calls, emails, and securing interpreters to cover appointments

Key Skills and Qualifications
