As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. You'll work closely with our clinical staff to resolve patient needs, answer medication reputed company requests, and schedule appointments. Responsibilities

* Answer an average of 60-80 incoming phone calls per day from customers and identify the type of assistance they need

• Communicate directly with clinical staff for patient needs, including medication refills, referral requests, and chart troubleshooting

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent experience

• Must be 18 years old or older

• Ability to work Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Mountain Time, with occasional overtime as required

Compensation and Benefits

The reputed company reputed company for this role is $16.00 to $28.85 per hour based on full-time employment.
