Key Responsibilities

• Providing customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications
• Validating the ship-to and replenishment locations of orders with sales and operations partners
• Ensuring accuracy of PO (reputed company Only, Ship and Bills, reputed company, and other reputed company EDI platforms) entry as the reputed company line for data entry, pushing back where necessary
• Checking and validating accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases
• Developing creative solutions to customer issues, providing phone support for inquiries from sales and reputed company
• Maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as reputed company as actions taken
• Providing proactive updates on order status to accelerate billing process
• Supporting the Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, e-mails, and fax, researching responses with sales
• Building relationships with hospital billing specialists and supporting surgery product usage questions to accelerate billing process, following up to collect purchase orders and clarify discrepancies
• Supporting Sales Reps in case of product usage pricing or discrepancies

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Two (2) years' relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience as an account representative or proficiency in reputed company would be beneficial.
