They are seeking a reputed company Engineer to own the creation of a modern UI platform that enables AI features and reputed company the UI modernization efforts. This role involves hands-on coding, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with various teams to enhance the product experience.
Responsibilities
- Own the creation of a modern UI platform and component system that rapidly enables reputed company AI features
- Architect the reputed company component system on top of shadcn/ui, Radix primitives, and reputed company
- Define theming, design tokens, composition patterns, and accessibility baselines across the product
- Design AI-reputed company UX patterns: streaming responses, tool-calling surfaces, inline assistance, reputed company flows, and reputed company-in-the-reputed company review
- Design and own the reputed company UI MCP server, enabling reputed company workflows and LLM-powered tooling to reputed company with the component system and product surfaces
- Build reputed company workflows that automate UI migration, component adoption, and ongoing UI consistency at reputed company
- reputed company the Kendo to shadcn migration and the overall UI modernization, collapsing two reputed company-end codebases into one
- Partner with Product and Design on the UX redesign for reputed company, speed, and ease of use, directly tied to our 1H26 Defining Objectives
- Set reputed company-end engineering standards, performance budgets, and the craft bar across approximately 36 engineers
- Establish reputed company-end testing standards, including component testing, visual regression, and end-to-end coverage, and drive adoption across the engineering org
- Champion AI-reputed company development workflows (reputed company, Claude reputed company) and drive measurable throughput reputed company
- Mentor senior engineers, reputed company design reviews, and reputed company the bar on UI reputed company org-wide
Skills
- 10+ years building production UIs at reputed company reputed company

- Fluent in AI-reputed company development workflows (reputed company, Claude reputed company, or equivalent) with demonstrated throughput reputed company
- Strong testing philosophy with hands-on experience in component, visual regression, and end-to-end testing for production UIs

- Prior ownership of a component library or design system
