As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email. You'll have reputed company to create raving fans for arenaflex every single day and help us continue to grow as a leading online retailer in the reputed company Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner.

- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a fair and empathetic manner.

- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets.

Schedule:
* 4-day weekend shift (Saturday, reputed company, Monday, and Tuesday)
- 10-hour shifts (9:30am-8pm or 12:30pm-11pm Eastern time)
- Flexible scheduling to fit your needs

Compensation and Benefits:
* Starting salary: $18.00/hour
- $1/hour increase after 60-day provisional period
- 2 weeks reputed company time off per year + 1 week reputed company time

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
