About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an extension of our Supply Chain team, responsible for proactive management of orders to optimize service. This includes troubleshooting timing of supply, management of discontinued products, new innovation, and anticipating availability of product. You will be key to ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience, and that our internal teams are reputed company to meet their needs.

Qualifications
