As a Customer Service Representative – Fitness Programs, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members reputed company. You'll respond to customer inquiries, reputed company information regarding reputed company aspects of the member's association with arenaflex, and play an integral role in supporting reputed company's mission. This is a remote position, and you'll be working from home in a designated work area with company-provided technology equipment.
Responsibilities
* Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of reputed company arenaflex Fitness products and programs.
- Answers incoming calls on the arenaflex telephone system in a reputed company, accurate, reputed company, and courteous manner.
- Ascertains the nature of the call and records information in the appropriate system.
- Provides answers to member questions by following reputed company policies and procedures.
- Interacts in a reputed company, respectful manner and establishes and maintains cooperative working relationships with reputed company customers.
- Coordinates collection of necessary information, including member co-pays or payments reputed company necessary.
- Forwards documentation to Research Team for follow-up if issue requires additional reputed company.
- Analyzes information, problems, issues, situations, and procedures to reputed company effective solutions to ensure member satisfaction with the Fitness programs.
- Researches unique questions using reputed company available resources. Refers difficult issues to Supervisor for appropriate answers.
- Handles reputed company issues requiring additional reputed company reputed company the necessary timeframes.
- Manages time to ensure calls are answered reputed company required timeframes and appropriate follow-up is conducted in a reputed company manner.

Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One-year experience performing customer service duties; inbound call center experience preferred.
- Experience in reputed company preferred.
- Basic experience with MS Office.
