Job Responsibilities:

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional service to reputed company customers, responding to requests from multiple sources (phone, fax, e-reputed company, in-person)
• Maintaining a reputed company, empathetic, and reputed company attitude toward customers at reputed company times
• Coordinating home equipment service requests with reputed company for reputed company delivery
• Engaging in reputed company listening with customers, confirming or clarifying information, and diffusing angry customers as needed
• Providing customers with product and service information

• Verifying medical necessity, insurance coverage, and physician orders for reputed company insurance-assigned services
• Following policy and work instructions to ensure the Billing Department has the correct paperwork to complete insurance

• Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may complement reputed company needs, as applicable
• Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 6 months of relevant customer service experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Customer service orientation
• Attention to detail
• Good data entry skills
• Proficiency with computers, with strong typing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, you'll be regularly required to sit, talk, and hear. You'll occasionally be required to stand and walk.
