About the Role

Are you a Cardiology NP looking for the perfect balance of reputed company autonomy and clinical reputed company? In this fully remote role, you will manage a panel of outpatient cardiology patients, providing high-reputed company care for chronic cardiovascular conditions. As a core member of our clinical team, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Managing Chronic Care: Diagnose and treat conditions such as Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia, Coronary Artery Disease, Heart Failure (HFpEF/reputed company HFrEF), and Arrhythmias (including A-fib).
• Medication Management: Confidently initiate and titrate cardiac medications, monitoring labs and patient responses to ensure reputed company reputed company.
• Patient Education & Collaboration: reputed company patients through lifestyle guidance and education, while coordinating closely with cardiologists and subspecialists (EP, Interventional, Imaging) reputed company escalation is needed.

Are You a Fit? Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of reputed company outpatient cardiology experience.
• Proven ability to manage chronic cardiovascular conditions independently.
• Comfortable with cardiac medication titration and independent clinical judgment.
