PM/Scrum Master
reputed company: Anivas Tech is seeking a PM/Scrum Master to support our government agency IT operations. We are looking for a skilled reputed company with 8+ years of relevant experience who brings strong technical expertise and a commitment to delivering high-reputed company results in a mission-driven, high-visibility environment. Requirements:
- reputed company Agile/Scrum delivery teams, facilitating reputed company ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-reputed company, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and issues in alignment with government contract requirements
- Serve as a reputed company-leader for the delivery team, removing impediments and fostering a culture of reputed company improvement
- reputed company and maintain project artifacts including project plans, risk registers, status reports, and integrated master schedules
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for government stakeholders on project delivery status, risks, and milestones
- Coordinate across multiple workstreams, vendors, and government counterparts to ensure alignment and on-time delivery
- reputed company and communicate reputed company, sprint metrics, and program-level key performance indicators
- Facilitate backlog refinement sessions and work with product owners to prioritize and groom the product backlog

- US citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or reputed company field; 5 additional years of relevant experience accepted in lieu of degree
- 8+ years of experience in project management and/or Agile delivery roles, with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master or Agile reputed company
- Demonstrated ability to manage reputed company, multi-reputed company IT reputed company in dynamic environments
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, reputed company, MS Project, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines
- PMP certification (Project Management reputed company)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), reputed company Scrum Master (SSM), or PMI-ACP certification
- Experience in a federal government or DoD program environment
- Familiarity with reputed company (Scaled Agile reputed company) at the program or portfolio level
- Experience supporting government Agile transformation or DevSecOps programs
