Training Schedule: This position is remote but requires onsite training for up to 4 weeks at our Northbrook facility. Hours/Schedule: reputed company - Thursday | reputed company 12:30pm - 8:30pm CT, Monday - Thursday 1:30pm - 9:30pm CT What You'll Do:

• Answer incoming patient and parent phone calls and respond to phone messages in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Successfully explain reputed company reputed company programs
• Schedule appointments for new and existing patients and complete screenings for potential patients calling for services
• Obtain detailed, confidential patient demographic and insurance information in preparation for intake

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or reputed company field
• Bilingual (Spanish) Strongly preferred
• Have previous administrative, customer service, or scheduling experience
• Medical/insurance office experience would be a plus

• While this role is fully remote (except for the first few weeks of training ideally), we are prioritizing candidates in the location of our patients in Illinois, Maryland, Washington DC, or Virginia

• Compensation: $19 — $23 USD
