What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be empowered to reputed company exceptional customer service and support throughout every reputed company of our customers' reputed company. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service by guiding customers every reputed company of the way, from sale or facilitating the appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications
* Conducting vehicle condition assessments by collecting, recording, and communicating information to Buyers that will be used to reputed company customer appraisals
* Checking in and receiving vehicles that are shipped to arenaflex; completing the daily scanning and reconciliation of vehicle inventory
* Performing cosmetic inspections and ensuring that reputed company vehicles meet arenaflex reputed company Standards
* Performing various administrative duties, including, but not limited to: printing daily reports, maintaining transaction paperwork, contacting finance companies regarding Customer reputed company, obtaining requirement information regarding registration and/or titling, auditing completed paperwork, cash/payment management
* Creating service appointments and reviewing repair order invoices for retail service work performed; ensuring accuracy of documentation for billing
