Your Core Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Customer Care Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through our web-based chat platform. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Responding to inbound live chat messages in a web-based dashboard
- Helping users troubleshoot account reputed company, update billing info, redeem discount codes, and navigate products
- Using prewritten templates and macros to streamline responses
- Escalating reputed company technical issues to the Tier 2 team
- Summarizing and tagging completed chats accurately
