As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be part of a talented team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with product and process owners, subject matter experts from reputed company, and the Agile team in Technology to drive the transformation and innovation of our VOC method. Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate closely with reputed company teams to outline, design, and capture business needs

- Design and build robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions

- Power customer story evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing & builds automation tools

- Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC Stop-to-Give-Up technique
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, reputed company scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a reputed company of no less than 3+ years
- Ability to collaborate reputed company with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables
