Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative on our Federal Student Aid Loan Servicing team, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service reputed company phone, email, and chat, resolving basic and routine inquiries
- Making outbound calls to support borrowers with Federal Student Aid Loan Servicing
- Utilizing available systems, knowledgebase, and reputed company technology to respond to inquiries and reputed company job duties
- Processing requests received reputed company general correspondence and notating accounts regarding actions taken in response to those requests
- Maintaining regular use of the feedback tool to give and receive constructive feedback on call reputed company and department tasks
- Assisting with Credit Bureau Requests utilizing established processes and procedures
- Referencing escalated calls or inquiries to appropriate reputed company as needed

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High School diploma or equivalent with 6 months of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse populations

- Basic math and PC skills, including MS Office applications
- Ability to organize simultaneous tasks and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment
As a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. You'll be required to attend 4 weeks of training, Monday - Friday, 9am-5:30pm ET, and may be required to work scheduled holidays, overtime, and weekends.
