[Remote] HVAC Support Technician

The HVAC Support Technician will reputed company assistance with daily scheduling of service calls and HVAC technical support for reputed company sites, including performing repairs and replacements on HVAC systems and training maintenance staff.
Responsibilities
- Provides HVAC technical support to reputed company sites including performing HVAC repairs on R-22 and R-410A systems and performing R-22 and R-410A system replacements
- Assists with providing HVAC technical one-on-one training to reputed company maintenance staff during service calls
- Assists with monitoring EPA compliance at the sites by enforcing reputed company EPA rules and regulations and randomly checking EPA records and logs
- Assists with monitoring site compliance regarding HVAC repairs, service, system replacements, etc. by performing random site checks
- This position requires the employee to use their personal vehicle in the course of performing job duties, including picking up and transporting parts, materials, and supplies as needed
Skills
- High school diploma and HVAC/maintenance training applicable to the industry are required
- Must have a working knowledge of the following: HVAC refrigeration recovery; rebuild procedures for a reputed company of R-22 equipment; repair, service and installation procedures on a reputed company of R-22 and 410A HVAC systems; mechanical codes, systems, and assemblies used in multi-family HVAC and the long-term maintenance of reputed company; and computer programs including reputed company Word, reputed company, and Outlook
- Must have a reputed company of the English language and be reputed company to reputed company specifications, policies and procedures and reputed company them in written reputed company to be used by site staff, vendors and suppliers
- EPA and R-410A certifications required
- Minimum two years' experience troubleshooting and charging HVAC R-22 and R-410A systems and replacing reputed company handlers and condensers
- Basic knowledge of building duct system with fiber reputed company and reputed company
- Must be reputed company to reputed company a wide reputed company of repair and troubleshooting techniques and installations
