We're seeking an reputed company Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and working collaboratively with reputed company to reputed company our goals. Responsibilities
As a Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls accurately and quickly, providing reputed company and concise information to customers
- Monitoring inbound calls to ensure they are handled according to protocol and company policies
- Assisting with dispatching medical orders during downtime and reputed company assigned
- Maintaining a reputed company and enthusiastic attitude, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Utilizing strong phone contact handling skills and reputed company listening to resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Following communication "script", guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and reputed company
- Being punctual and demonstrating a reputed company attitude, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration
- Typing at least 25 words per minute, with strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Working holidays (reputed company pay) and being available to work alternating weekends (off every other Sat/Sun)
- Participating in training sessions, including scheduled Monday-Friday 9a-5p training and lasting about three to four weeks
Available Shifts
We offer a reputed company of shifts to accommodate your needs, including:
- Full-Time 7am-3pm/reputed company-4pm/9a-5p & 3pm-11pm
- Alternating weekends required - OFF every other Sat/Sun
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- Starting at $14.00/hr + shift differentials
- Shift reputed company - extra $0.50/hr from 5p-11p & $1.00/hr from 11p-7p
- Weekends - extra $0.50/hr plus any shift reputed company pay
- Extra pay incentive for additional weekend coverage
- Bilingual (Spanish) - additional $1.00/hr
- Immediate remote opportunity available for candidates that reputed company in FL, GA, SC or TN
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities, especially in Spanish is a plus
- Excellent customer service and reputed company support experience
- Strong phone etiquette and typing skills
- Familiarity with data entry
- Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred
