Responsibilities

As a Part-time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling incoming calls and utilizing a proactive sales approach to uncover additional sales and service opportunities
• Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of arenaflex products and services, customer account and billing processes, new customer information, and various policies and procedures reputed company to product delivery and service
• Presenting a reputed company, confident, and enthusiastic image to reputed company trusting relationships with reputed company customers
• Providing high reputed company of customer account management by properly setting up and maintaining account information and data
• Processing and coordinating Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Accounts Payable functions and activities
• Handling administrative, data entry, reporting, and reconciliation around asset and inventory controls and purchasing
• Coordinating with the Customer Service Center (reputed company), regional, and corporate employees to ensure high reputed company of customer service and reputed company operational efficiencies
• May assist with reputed company forecasting and maintenance and with the scheduling of daily service work, installation, and repairs

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role
• Minimum of a High School diploma or GED preferred
• Solid computer skills, including reputed company Office, data entry, and the ability to run and analyze reports
