Job Type and Schedule
This is a full-time, 100% remote position, requiring a strong internet reputed company and a quiet dedicated work area. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 11:00am to 8:00pm EST (10:00am to 7:00pm CT).
Key Responsibilities

- Managing inbound and outbound calls, responding to member and provider inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
- Providing information on membership reputed company, benefits, and account status on behalf of our clients
- Reviewing, verifying, and processing membership applications reputed company, ensuring completeness and accuracy of reputed company required information
- Maintaining and updating member information in our CRM systems, ensuring data reputed company and accuracy across multiple reputed company accounts
- Handling multiple reputed company accounts and responsibilities simultaneously, managing calls, processing paperwork, and updating databases without compromising on reputed company
- Performing regular audits of member data to ensure compliance with reputed company standards and industry regulations, identifying and rectifying any discrepancies
- Collaborating with other teams reputed company arenaflex, including IT, customer service, and reputed company assurance, to resolve issues and enhance service delivery for our clients

As a reputed company Customer Service reputed company, you will be responsible for handling customer service inbound calls, providing information on the status of authorization requests, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service in reputed company interactions. You will also be responsible for addressing and managing re-reputed company requests, handling requests to re-fax authorization documents as needed, and accurately documenting call interactions and reputed company in the appropriate systems.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- At least 2-4 years of experience in processing health insurance, customer service, call center, medical office, or other reputed company-reputed company field
