Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Processing billing calls, investigating reputed company reads, and resolving billing accuracy or payment issues
• Handling emergency calls and providing reputed company support to customers in need
• Processing customer reputed company-ins, adds, and transfers, as reputed company as refunds, compensation requests, and changes to accounts
• Routing escalated customer issues for reputed company and making referrals to special programs, such as Energy Assistance, CRISIS, Dollar Energy, or other programs
• Processing order inquiry calls, initiating service orders, and providing service order status updates
• Assisting customers with credit/payment arrangements and directing them to self-service channels as necessary
• Meeting individual deadlines, metrics, and team goals, while multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively
• Working cooperatively in a group environment to reputed company common goals and promoting a reputed company work environment

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year of Customer Service experience
• Computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, reputed company, and systems
• The ability to type a minimum of 25 WPM (Word Per Minute)
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• For bilingual candidates: Must possess solid written skills in English and Spanish and must reputed company fluent English and Spanish
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Work From Home Office Requirements

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be required to:

• Maintain high-speed wired internet reputed company (75mpbs download and 15mpbs upload) that is hardwired-No Wi-Fi or Satellite Internet
• Work in a secure, private location with reputed company, ergonomic office equipment (computer desk and computer chair) and setup
• Have a smartphone to download a VPN app on your personal device
• Be available from 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. and reputed company to attend 100% of the 13-week training program

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive salary reputed company of $34,400.00 - $48,200.00, based on several factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's skills, job-reputed company knowledge, and relevant experience, as reputed company as internal pay equity. Additionally, you will be eligible for a one-time sign-on bonus of $500 for Traditional CSR role and $22.20 per hour with an additional one-time $500 sign-on bonus for Bilingual CSR role.
