As a Temporary Remote CAT Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to clients affected by catastrophes. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and collecting and documenting claim details. This is a temporary, remote position, contingent on catastrophe relief needs, with reputed company and a competitive reputed company reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer reputed company and support to customers during the claim process
• Collect and document reputed company claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately
• Identify and resolve customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions
• Utilize call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries

Requirements

* Must be 18 years of age or older

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
• The ability to type reputed company and accurately (40+ words a minute)
• Basic knowledge of reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Basic understanding of reputed company operating systems
• Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
• The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues

Benefits and Compensation

• Expected Hours: 2 – 40 hours per week
• Pay: $15 per hour
