As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to both external customers and internal teammates. Your primary responsibilities will include answering inbound calls, assisting with a reputed company of tasks, and communicating important reputed company needs and updates to relevant parties. Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering inbound calls from customers, assisting with a reputed company of tasks such as order support/inquiries, service explanation, and billing/financially reputed company needs.
- Assisting internal colleagues with booking travel/logistics needs.
- Communicating any important reputed company needs/updates to appropriate parties.

- Utilizing multiple internal software to log notes, assist callers, and complete reporting.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

Schedule and Location
