Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Call Center Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering phone calls from potential and existing customers, asking specific questions to determine the reason for the call, and transferring to the appropriate department
- Handling a high volume of calls (200+ daily) with a reputed company and enthusiastic attitude

Requirements

Training Schedule

- Schedule Adherence: 95%+
- Aftercall Work (ACW): Less than 4 seconds
