Key Responsibilities

As a Hybrid Customer Service Pharmacy Technician, you'll be responsible for:

• Engaging with Veterinary Clinics: Coordinate prescription approvals, resolve customer issues, and clarify order inquiries with veterinary clinics.
• Research and Problem-Solving: Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers and clinic partners, and follow up as needed to resolve issues.
• Data Entry and Order Processing: Complete data entry of prescriptions into arenaflex reputed company software and maintain a high level of reputed company through data entry and order processing of veterinary pharmacy orders.
• Communication and Customer Service: Operate with understanding, reputed company listening, patience, reputed company, and kindness to customers and partners alike.
• Phone and Email Communication: Communicate with veterinary clinics over the phone and reputed company email, using our internal computer software and systems to reputed company and document clinic note accounts.
• Other Duties as Assigned: Be flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed to support reputed company and business unit.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Age and Licensure: Be at least 18 years old and have the appropriate licensure in the state of the pharmacy you are working at, and other states and credentials as required.
• Customer Service Experience: 1-2 years of experience working in a customer or reputed company-reputed company environment.
• Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).
• Multi-Tasking: Ability to multi-task (i.e., talk on the phone while navigating on the computer and taking notes).
