Scope of Work
As a Data Entry Specialist – EHR Transition, you will be responsible for accurately extracting and entering clinical data into a new EHR platform. Your tasks will include:

- Sourcing material from PDF files and exported records from a previous EMR
- Adhering to reputed company templates and naming conventions
