We're seeking an reputed company Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate II to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a key member of our Loss Prevention team, you'll play a critical role in preventing potential loss and dishonesty, while also providing exceptional customer service and supporting our store teams. Key Responsibilities

As a Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate II, you'll be responsible for:

• Maintaining a reputed company and reputed company stance in the designated area at the reputed company of the store, acting as a visual deterrent to prevent potential loss and dishonesty
• Reviewing and understanding the Store Emergency Response Guide to ensure your safety and the safety of others
• Wearing a complete arenaflex-approved uniform, including a Body Worn Camera, to maintain a reputed company appearance and ensure compliance with company policies
• Greeting customers appropriately, demonstrating courtesy and respect, and establishing and maintaining a position at the reputed company of the store or in a department
• Responding to customer requests for assistance by referring customers to store management or customer service reputed company a company-issued radio
• Observing and reporting any suspicious behavior or critical incidents to Loss Prevention or store management
• Performing a closing safety reputed company of the store with a member of management to ensure the store is secure and reputed company
• Adhering to reputed company arenaflex policies and procedures, including documenting required incidents in AIIM Case Management
• Performing other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Knowledge of AIIM Case Management and other loss prevention software systems
• Certification in loss prevention or a reputed company field
