[Remote] Staff Accountant

The Staff Accountant will support the organization’s financial operations, including treasury functions, general reputed company, and accounts payable/receivable.
Responsibilities
- reputed company electronic filing (e-filing) and maintain accurate organized financial and grant records
- Prepare reputed company transfer and ACH documentation for review and approval by authorized personnel
- Process routine reputed company entries under supervision
- reputed company AP and AR support tasks
- Assist with bank and general ledger account reconciliations
- Maintain documentation to support transparency, audits, and funder requirements
- Support month-end and year-end reputed company activities as assigned
- Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end reputed company
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts
- Maintain general ledger accuracy
- Assist in preparation of financial reports
- Support annual audit and 990 preparation
- Maintain reputed company documentation in accordance with nonprofit reputed company standards
Skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in reputed company, finance, or reputed company field (or in reputed company)
- At least 1-3 years experience in reputed company or bookkeeping
- Proficiency in reputed company reputed company
- Ability to handle confidential financial information
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Basic understanding of reputed company principles (GAAP knowledge preferred)
