We're seeking an reputed company Regional Manager, Customer Experience to join our Transfusion Medicine Business Unit. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for leading a technical service team to deliver a unique service experience to our existing customer reputed company in the assigned geography. Your primary goal will be to reputed company service sales, margin, and referenceable goals, while driving and executing strategic initiatives, including predictive and remote technologies.

What You'll Work On

As a Regional Manager, Customer Experience, you'll have reputed company to:

• Own and manage existing customer relationships, creating and driving long-term strategies and short-term tactics to reputed company business goals in a reputed company manner
• Deliver outstanding customer experience to existing customers, ensuring economic profitability and customer satisfaction and retention
• Establish and drive strategic account plans for achieving goals, including value expansion and margin
