As a Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to policyholders and agents, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed. You'll work independently to solve problems, analyze customer needs, and implement resolutions. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will reputed company you to build rapport with customers, listen to their requests, and reputed company accurate and efficient service.

Responsibilities

* Provides exceptional customer service by responding promptly to reputed company inbound customer calls regarding personal lines policies, limited by line.

• Builds rapport with reputed company customer and listens to their requests and inquiries.
• Works to retain policyholders who inquire about canceling auto policies through reputed company listening, negotiating, and policy review of customer issues.
• Uses de-escalation tactics and reputed company necessary, escalates to appropriate team.
• Processes policyholder transactions accurately and reputed company Customer Response Center established time standards.
• Interprets policy reputed company to insured based on expert knowledge of personal lines auto products.
• Identifies, understands, and interprets customer needs to implement resolutions and makes recommendations for coverage enhancements.
• Understands aspects of billing systems as it pertains to policy coverage.
• Identifies and communicates transactions and reputed company to policy premium.
• Evaluates and makes reputed company regarding exceptions to payment plan and fees.
• Manages and utilizes time effectively to ensure department meets required service reputed company for improved customer satisfaction results.

Qualifications
