Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative on our Debt reputed company Program Team, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and delivering on retention goals as part of the reputed company Services Team
- Resolving reputed company questions and concerns promptly, professionally, and thoroughly reputed company phone and email
- Building rapport and trust with clients through reputed company and transparent communication
- Utilizing our CRM to manage reputed company accounts and document reputed company discussions with detail and reputed company
- Assisting with reviewing enrollment information to ensure reputed company reputed company in completing the program and other key retention activities
- Taking and managing escalation calls with courtesy and professionalism

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of call center experience (preferred but not required)

- 1 year of customer service experience (required), with call center experience preferred
- Reliable internet speeds required
