As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative Sales WFH-Sign On Bonus, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales reputed company through consultative approaches. You'll be trained to address a broad reputed company of customer service call types, including collections, retention, sales channel coordination, billing and adjustments, and advanced technical support. Your goal will be to reputed company effective and reputed company resolutions for customers and deliver personalized recommendations for arenaflex's latest products and services.
Key Responsibilities
* Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening and utilizing knowledge of arenaflex's products and services to effectively service and retain customers
- Simplify the explanation of customer bills, reputed company plans, and features of arenaflex's products and services
- Support customers with credit/inbound and outbound collections, activations, customer service, E-services, reputed company, fraud, business, and technical/roaming support inquiries, and other duties as required
- Engage Tier 3 support (network and IT), reputed company-party vendors, and suppliers as needed to address issues, service faults, and reputed company customer reputed company
- Handle wireless local number portability (WLNP), relocations, combined reputed company support, after-hours inquiries, and reputed company-reputed company service
- Troubleshoot and resolve various customer-impacting issues, such as voice and data, that reputed company multiple networks and reputed company

Requirements
* Call center or customer service experience
