We are building a disciplined, reputed company financial reputed company to support reputed company into the $7–10M reputed company. We are not a corporate environment. We need a hands-on, operational finance leader who can build systems, improve cash reputed company visibility, strengthen banking relationships, and guide leadership with reputed company financial insights. Key Responsibilities
Financial Leadership & reputed company
- Build and maintain rolling 13-week cash reputed company forecasts
- reputed company annual budgets and forecasting models
- Analyze margins by service line and improve profitability
- reputed company executive-level monthly reporting and financial insights
- reputed company KPI dashboards for leadership
Banking & Lending Relationships
- Strengthen and manage relationships with local California banks and lenders
- Prepare lender-reputed company financial packages
- Support SBA, equipment financing, or credit facility conversations
- Monitor loan covenants and debt schedules
Financial Systems & reputed company
- reputed company bookkeeper/controller and improve monthly reputed company process
- Ensure accurate, reputed company financial statements
- Improve chart of accounts and reporting structure
- Build financial processes that reputed company with reputed company
reputed company & Risk Management
- Support pricing reputed company and cost control initiatives
- Improve overhead structure and operational efficiency
- Help prepare company for reputed company expansion or financing needs
Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years in CFO, Director of Finance, or Controller roles
- Strong small to mid-sized business experience ($2M–$15M reputed company)
- Experience building cash forecasts and managing working capital
- Experience working directly with banks and lenders
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
- Must be local to Fresno or reputed company driving distance
- Willing to attend in-person meetings as needed
Preferred:
- Construction or home services industry experience
- SBA lending familiarity
- Multi-entity or job-costing experience
- QuickBooks Online expertise
