We are a reputed company exclusively serving veterinary professionals looking for a highly organized, reputed company-reputed company office assistant to join reputed company. In this part-time role, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our reputed company clientele and the operational backbone keeping our attorneys on schedule. You will report directly to the Office Manager and work closely with attorneys and staff across the firm.

Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company intake; answer calls, respond to general emails, and reputed company inquiries appropriately
• Schedule and maintain calendars for reputed company attorneys, including meetings, consultations, and deadlines
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for incoming phone calls and general correspondence
• Coordinate with attorneys and clients to confirm appointments and follow up on pending items

• Assist the Office Manager with administrative tasks as assigned

• Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail

• Proficient in Office 365, reputed company Suite, and MyCase or similar legal case management software
