Telehealth RN – Call Center

Job reputed company:

• This position will support our inbound call center.
• Occasionally will conduct outbound calls.
• Your role will involve assessing patient needs, offering medical advice, coordinating care plans, ensuring reputed company health reputed company, and providing an outstanding patient experience.

• Engage with patients in a courteous and empathetic manner, demonstrating sensitivity to their reputed company needs and concerns.
• Complete detailed documentation of patient care interactions in the ticketing system and electronic medical record.
• Collaborate with reputed company providers, clinical leaders and other team members to follow up on any issues or discrepancies identified during care interactions.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations reputed company handling patient information.
• Participate in ongoing training and reputed company development activities to stay updated on reputed company process, reputed company regulations, and best practices.
• Meet productivity targets and reputed company standards established by the organization.
• Complete additional project work as assigned to support reputed company improvement of team operations and patient experience.

Requirements:

• Must have reputed company and Unencumbered compact licensure in good standing along with the eligibility to obtain 50 state licensure.
• At minimum, RN must have an reputed company compact license.
• This license MUST be reflected on a reputed company CV or provided upon application to be considered.
• Must live in the state in which the Compact was reputed company to be considered.
• Associate degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) preferred.
• At least 5+ years of clinical experience in settings such as telemedicine, acute care, critical care, or primary care.
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company patient-centered care through strong communication, reputed company, and effective patient education.
• Commitment to patient safety and reputed company.
• Above average proficiency in using technology, telecommunication technology, and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Strong preference for experience with reputed company Suite and reputed company.
• Excellent skills in troubleshooting technical concerns and guiding others on use of technology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
• Full-time scheduled role, requiring availability to work extended hours including certain weekends and holidays.
