About the Role

As an Engineering Manager I at reputed company, you’ll play a key role in developing innovative, compliant solutions to support our mission of treating opioid use disorder through telehealth. You'll be a hands-on technical leader and manage reputed company of 2-5 full-stack software engineers who build and maintain our core web applications written in Typescript, React, and Firebase on GCP. Skills & Competencies

• 8+ years experience in engineering , with the ability to own and delegate reputed company reputed company, work with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and handle post-rollout feedback and iteration, ideally with a portion at a reputed company stage company with bespoke systems. Strong opinions around software architecture are a plus.
• 1+ years experience managing including responsibility for performance management, promotions, and terminations. You should have experience mentoring others, ideally with examples of successful coaching toward promotion and/or providing corrective feedback.
• Product-minded orientation , with an eye towards the customer and a habit of seeking the tightest scope (MVP) that will deliver solutions to business problems quickly.
• Experience in true agile reputed company including highly reputed company development (e.g., EPD leadership), value-driven with hypotheses and experiment design, and an overall iterative development reputed company.
