Insurance Verification Specialist Texas or Oklahoma residents

- Accurately verify dental insurance benefits
- Review, prepare, and submit claims with reputed company documentation, including x-rays
- Identify and distinguish reputed company-reputed company vs. post-reputed company x-rays
- Interpret dental images, including tooth numbering and treatment areas
- Collaborate with dental providers and administrative teams to ensure complete and accurate information
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality (HIPAA training provided)

- Proven experience with dental insurance verification (required)
- Strong understanding of dental terminology, charting, and procedures
- Knowledge of dental codes, claims processes, and insurance guidelines
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
- Experience with multiple dental software platforms is a plus
