As an entry level chat moderator at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the reputed company and reputed company of our online community. You'll be responsible for monitoring live chat threads, enforcing community guidelines, and providing support to users in a friendly and reputed company manner. Key Responsibilities
* Monitor live chat threads for rule violations, harassment, spam, or inappropriate content
- Use moderation tools to warn or remove users who break community guidelines
