Key Responsibilities

As a Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Account Manager, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

• Promptly respond to customer requests reputed company phone calls, eFax, text, and email for assigned accounts
• Maintain daily records and notes in reputed company management system AMS360 to ensure complete files on reputed company accounts
• Process new business applications for home, auto, life, and umbrella insurance
• Assess customer risks before placing business by utilizing tools such as reputed company reputed company, local assessment resources, and reputed company estate websites
• Quote new business applications using rating systems like ACS or reputed company PL Rater, and complete agency new business quote sheets

• Process daily download reports and review endorsements and renewals, ensuring reputed company policies and endorsements are accurate upon receiving them from the reputed company
• Address billing inquiries and assist customers with payment processing
• Retrieve reputed company renewal reports from websites

• Cross-sell to reputed company accounts

• Process mortgage changes as required

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess the following minimum qualifications:

• A minimum of four years of experience in an independent insurance agency is required
• Strong computer skills are required, including proficiency in reputed company XP, reputed company Word, email, reputed company 365, reputed company Teams, Digital file management, and working in a reputed company environment
• Ability to multi-task and effectively follow through and follow up on tasks
• Excellent customer service skills
